Welcome to TNT 360 Multimedia, the marketing service arm of TNT 360 Mobility LLC. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TNT 360 Multimedia’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services provided by TNT 360 Multimedia. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services by TNT 360 Multimedia. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all content and materials provided by TNT 360 Multimedia before publication or use.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement between TNT 360 Multimedia and the client. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to penalties or interest charges.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by TNT 360 Multimedia, including but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary materials, remain the property of TNT 360 Multimedia or its licensors.
6. Confidentiality
TNT 360 Multimedia agrees to keep confidential all information provided by the client that is not publicly available. Similarly, the client agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information or trade secrets provided by TNT 360 Multimedia.
7. Limitation of Liability
TNT 360 Multimedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if TNT 360 Multimedia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement between TNT 360 Multimedia and the client with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay TNT 360 Multimedia for all services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of incorporation of TNT 360 Mobility LLC, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Amendments
TNT 360 Multimedia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of the client to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
